Day Job Killer is truly a no fluff, straight to the point guide that does not tell you about history and affiliate marketing, how to sign up for Clickbank etc. kind of information. It is largely focused on using paid traffic methods like Google Adwords to profit from your campaigns. The good thing about Day Job Killer is that it is written in a step by step fashion, therefore a newbie who has no idea about what is affiliate marketing can use Day Job Killer too. However, I would not recommend this guide to a newbie. It is just too profound for anyone who has never tried affiliate marketing before. And this is just the start of Day Job Killer’s negatives.
Some techniques in Day Job Killer want you to ‘steal’ from your competitors, and even product vendors themselves. “The Leveller”, is one powerful technique that I have tried and made money from it. But I will never use it again. Check out this email I got from a pissed product vendor after using The Leveller to steal his customers:

I find it refreshing that you try different ways to promote your affiliate agenda. And how you do it is none of my business.
I just wanted to let you know that I feel you have crossed an ethical ‘line” in how you”promote/associate yourself with my product and that I WILL be immediately be refunding any sales from your CB affiliate ID so that you will not benefit from any sales or traffic sent to my site. Doing it this way I don’t need to involve CB, but I will if I have to.
Please also be assured that I will also take the matter up with my solicitor regarding your ’slandering’ campaign to see what legal recourses are available in this situation, in particular how you deliberately have set out to undermine my credibility.

Even though I made a lot of money from this technique, I will not use it again because I would not want anyone else to use this technique on my customers. I just don’t want to do to others what I don’t want others to do to me.
As an affiliate marketer, I also get a large amount of sales from paid traffic, thus Day Job Killer was helpful for me because it focused on advanced Paid Traffic generation techniques. Personally I like paid traffic because you can get customers much quicker than using free traffic, IF you know how to do it correctly. If you get this right, you will be able to multiply and leverage your efforts across dozens of campaigns and literally multiply your profits.
